Osaka LED Smart Panel (OS-SM-40W)
The OS-SM-40W is a 40W ceiling panel for offices, schools and clinics, made in the two standard grid sizes: 2×2 ft and 1×4 ft. It gives 4400 lumens at 110 lm/W, which is enough to replace a conventional fluorescent troffer with a fitting that uses far less power and is only 35 mm thick.
What it does well
- Uniform light across the whole panel — a heat-resistant lens diffuses the output evenly over a 120° beam.
- Low glare — comfortable for rooms where people sit under it all day.
- Stays white — the front lens is made not to yellow with age.
- Three ways to mount — lay it into a T-grid, suspend it, or surface-mount it with an additional frame.
- Dust and splash protected — IP54, unusual for a panel and useful in clinics and kitchens.
